Conditions of Use

Thank you for ordering your flowers with My Flora –www.myflora.com.my

  • Please kindly be noted that orders from this site are subjected to the following terms & conditions:
  • Items used in all arrangements are subject to their availability. When an item is not available, the closest substitute of a similar value will be used.
  • Orders will be confirmed and fulfilled only with full payment received, according to the actual value of the order.
  • Filling up of the order does not mean an order has been accepted; we can only process your order upon receipt of payment.
  • Prices quoted are not applicable for special occasions. For example, delivery around Valentine’s Day will have different prices.
  • All flower arrangements and gifts contained herein are for delivery within Miri, Sarawak.
  • No cancellations are allowed on the day of delivery. Should there be a cancellation; the cost of the order will be forfeited.
  • Refusal of any item by the recipient will still be considered as delivered and no refund can be made.
  • Cancellation MUST be done 3 days before the time of delivery otherwise the full cost of the order will be charged.
  • Please provide all details required during Ordering Process to avoid unnecessary delay.
  • We will not disclose all your personal details collected during the Ordering Process.
  • Non delivery due to reasons such as natural disasters, acts of God, violent/warlike situations and/or other reasons beyond our control will not be considered as a violation of agreement.
  • For hamper basket, bear bouquet, condolence and opening flower stand, gifts, we reserve the rights to substitute the content if anything is unavailable but we promise to deliver the same value of order.
  • All of our flower arrangements are monitored closely by our Quality Control team to ensure the highest quality of products. Anyhow, we reserve the rights :
    • to change the paper colour comparing to website pictures.
    • to change the flower colour if the colour is really unavailable.
    • to modify the wrapping style according to our florist’s justification.
    • to modify the add on material, ribbon, sub-flower based on florist’s expertise.
  • My Flora (www.myflora.com.my) will not be held responsible for any delay in delivery. Please provide at least a 6 hour delivery time allowance.
  • As our products are mostly perishable, please revert as soon as possible if there is any concern. All refund requests will be dealt on a case by case basis.
